How it all Began
Located on Facebook and other social media outlets, Beth’s videos began as real estate marketing. A former real estate colleague, Jennifer Avery, first filmed her on a whim in February of 2015 and created this video.
She encouraged Beth to change up her typical video tour by filming her walking through a listing and describing the features, a concept that was new to the area and the industry.
Soon after, Jen had the idea to offer tips to residents about local businesses and their offerings. Town Tip Thursdays (TTT) were born and to date, over 100 TTTs have been filmed.
The inspiration on that cold day in February (check out the video posted on this page) lead Beth to be named the #6 “Real Estate Video Influencer of 2017” for Canada and the USA in the category of Community Videos (by BombBomb, VScreen & Tom Ferry).

As the popularity of TTTs grew, the need for another video series to cover topics that matter throughout the local and worldwide community prompted the creation of What Matters Warren and What Matters World interviews. In 2017 the Royal Examiner asked to feature What Matters Warren videos on their online newspaper. Check out the What Matters tab under “Features” on www.royalexaminer.com.
“Real State-The Stories behind the Sales” is a new series launched in 2018 to share heartwarming and inspiring stories behind the scenes of a real estate transaction. Story I (click here to watch) features Beth’s clients who donated nearly $2,000 towards her first gofundme.com match campaign
“The Stories” is a new series planned dedicated to inspiring people to follow their dreams and pursue their passions through interviews with individuals who are doing just that. Guests are asked two questions in an attempt to recognize them for their commitment to their purpose and inspire others to be brave enough to pursue their dreams. 1. What is your passion/dream and why did you chose to follow it 2. When was a time when you almost gave up or faced a challenge that you overcame?
